Pisces Aquatics Nano Sponge Filter SF15

The Pisces Aquatics Nano Sponge Filter SF15 is a compact, high-performance biological filter designed specifically for nano aquariums housing shrimp, guppies, neon tetras, fry, Bettas, and other small fish. Its highly porous sponge provides an excellent surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonise, naturally helping to maintain clean, healthy water while producing a gentle flow that is safe for delicate aquatic life.

Powered by a separate air pump (sold separately), the SF15 provides efficient biological filtration and gentle aeration, making it an ideal choice for breeding tanks, shrimp aquariums, quarantine tanks, and nano community aquariums.

Care Instructions

Rinse the sponge every 2–4 weeks using water removed from the aquarium during a water change. Never clean the sponge under tap water, as chlorine can kill the beneficial bacteria responsible for biological filtration. Replace the sponge only when it begins to deteriorate to maintain a healthy biological cycle.
