Pisces Aquatics E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 101

The Pisces Aquatics E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 101 is a compact air-driven sponge filter designed to provide effective mechanical and biological filtration for freshwater aquariums up to 40 litres. The high-density sponge traps fine debris while providing a large surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonise, helping maintain crystal-clear water and a healthy environment for your fish.

Ideal for nano aquariums, Betta tanks, shrimp tanks, fry grow-out tanks, and quarantine setups, the E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 101 creates gentle water movement and excellent oxygenation without producing strong currents. It operates using an external air pump (sold separately), making it perfect for delicate aquatic livestock.

Care Instructions

Rinse the sponge every 2–4 weeks using water removed from the aquarium during a water change. Never rinse the sponge under tap water, as chlorine can destroy the beneficial bacteria responsible for biological filtration. The sponge should generally be replaced every 3 months, or sooner if it begins to deteriorate.

Unused filters may be returned in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
