Pisces Aquatics E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 104

The Pisces Aquatics E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 104 is a high-performance air-driven sponge filter designed to provide both mechanical and biological filtration for freshwater aquariums up to 250 litres. The fine sponge traps suspended debris while providing a large surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonise, helping maintain excellent water quality and a healthy aquarium environment.

Ideal for community aquariums, breeding tanks, quarantine tanks, and shrimp setups, the E-Jet Air Sponge Filter 104 operates using an external air pump (sold separately) to create gentle water circulation and efficient oxygenation without producing strong currents.

Care Instructions

Rinse the sponge every 2–4 weeks using water removed from the aquarium during a water change. Never rinse the sponge under tap water, as chlorine can destroy the beneficial bacteria essential for biological filtration. The sponge should typically be replaced every three months, depending on usage and maintenance.
